Pack Your Items
Carefully place your garments in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels remain attached to the products.
Post Your Parcel
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any Australia Post location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund, store credit, or exchange within 5 business days.
